SJW were recommended by our neighbour when our old boiler broke down. Sam came over earlier than originally stated and managed to troubleshoot the boiler quickly, replace the part and get the boiler up and running.

Absolutely 5 star service from SJW. We had no heating or hot water, and with a 2 year old in our house, we were anxious about getting it resolved quickly. After speaking to Sam at SJW, he reassured us and came over within half an hour. He fixed the issue quickly, explained everything clearly, and made sure we were fully satisfied before he left.

I first discovered a water leakage in the boiler cupboard from under the floor but I had no ideas where the water came from. My insurance company refused to send an engineer out to investigate the issue and insisted I had to find someone else to trace the cause of the leakage myself. I phoned Sam and I was very surprised how quickly he turned up, and within seconds he spotted the water leakage under the bath. Sam is very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. I would highly recommend him!

Our boiler stopped working on Sunday evening. I called SJW on Monday morning and by Monday evening Sam had called round and diagnosed the problem. Within minutes he had shown me how to connect the water tank to the electricity giving us hot water. The boiler needed a replacement part which Sam sourced and fitted on Wednesday morning. He was quick efficient and extremely polite and helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending Sam and will definitely use him again.
